1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and MS Traders ("Company," “we," “us," or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Zap Rewards website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” or "Application"). You agree that by accessing the Site or Application, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE OR APPLICATION AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Site or Application.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Application are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site or Application, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
  • You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (at least 18 years of age).
  • You will not access the platform through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or emulator.
  • Your use of the platform will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. USER REGISTRATION & ONE-ACCOUNT POLICY

You may be required to register using a verified Google Account or login authentication procedure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that you may create and maintain only ONE (1) unique account per person and physical device.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. As a user, you agree not to:

Strictly Prohibited Behavior:
  • Use Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), Proxies, or Tor networks to alter location or spoof IP addresses.
  • Run Zap Rewards inside Android emulators, app cloners, parallel spaces, or virtual machines.
  • Automate task execution using auto-clickers, bots, scripts, or modified APKs.
  • Attempt to manipulate ad impressions, offerwall callback webhooks, or server postbacks.
  • Create fake referral accounts or abuse self-referral codes.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform.

6. REWARD POINTS & PAYOUT REDEMPTIONS

Reward points earned within Zap Rewards hold no real-world monetary value until an official cashout request is submitted and successfully processed.

  • Points are earned by completing partner offerwall tasks, watching ads, completing market research surveys, and playing partner games.
  • Payout processing times usually range between 24 to 72 business hours after manual or automated validation.
  • We reserve the right to audit, delay, or decline any redemption request if suspicious offerwall completion patterns or fraudulent logs are detected.

7. MOBILE APPLICATION LICENSE

If you access Zap Rewards via a mobile application, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the mobile application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you, strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use.

8. SUBMISSIONS & FEEDBACK

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the platform provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property.

9. PRIVACY POLICY

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use.

10. TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect while you use the platform. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE OR LIABILITY, DENY ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES OR DEVICE IDs) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON OR FOR NO REASON.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party.

11. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

THE SITE AND APPLICATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following applicable legal frameworks. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
